HUNDRED of Lusaka residents of all ages joined in the Defined Health Fitness aerobics event at Lusaka’s Novare Pinaccle Mall.
The organisers partnered with Big Tree Beverages to host a public aerobics session coinciding with the launch of Vatra Minieral water.
Mayor of Lusaka Miles Sampa was at the event, with several musicians and celebrities also participating in the aerobics session that was done in two groups to maintain social distancing in light of Covid-19 public health guidelines.
