TRADE KINGS GROUP IS MAIN SPONSOR THE AFRICA PUBLIC RELATIONS CONFERENCE

Trade Kings Group is the platinum sponsor for the 34th edition of the Africa Association Public Relations annual conference, that was jointly hosted by the Zambia Institute for Public Relations and Communication – a first for Zambia. 

The Zambia Institute of Public Relations, now enacted as an Act of Parliament, whose function includes the regulation of Public Relationships and Communication Professionals in Zambia is for the first time hosting the  annual conference – which is in its 34th edition. This event brought together 300 practitioners from Public Relations, Media, Brand Management, Advertising, Government and other marketing communications fields.

In announcing the sponsorship, Group Manager for Public Relations, Ms. Bridget Kambobe said, “Trade Kings Group is proud and honoured to be the official sponsor of the Africa Association Public Relations Conference. 

“As we grow the business into the region, Public Relations and Communications gives the Group the edge to consolidate trust, validation, awareness and credibility of our brands especially in markets outside Zambia,” she said.

Mrs. Kambobe said, “Our sponsorship and support towards this conference was with the recognition that Public Relations has contributed to building both the Corporate and Product brands across the Group. We believe that the market perception of a brand is the most important factor in determining its identity and paves a sure way of building a lasting relationship with our customers, communities, and society in general. Public relations has enabled the business to tell the an African story that started 26 years ago through a vision Trade Kings’ founder Mr. Iqbal Patel.”

The theme; Creative Africa: Exploring The PR Potential Of Africa As Emerging Economic And Reputation Powerhouse is of great relevance as an agenda for the conference and is practical to the Trade Kings Group.  The market potential of Africa with a youthful population of 736 million, 1.4 million consumers and 50% urbanization are an opportunity across all sectors and industry for creativity and Trade Kings Group is poised for this opportunity.
