Patson Daka nets hat trick in Salzburg friendly

ZAMBIA national team striker Patson Daka scored a hat trick yesterday as Redbull Salzburg thrashed lower-tier side Vorwärts Steyr 6-0 in a Friendly match.

Daka opened the scores in the 22nd minute and his goal was the only one scored in the first half but debutant, United States youngster Brenden Aaronson doubled the lead seven minutes into the second half. Daka made it three in the 66th minute.

Three minutes later defender Kristensen made it four before he could complete his brace in two minutes and the Zambian finished the mauling five minutes to time with his third, A good start to the year for the unstoppable forward.

Salzburg returns to Austrian Bundesliga action on the 24th with a week 13 away fixture against Rheindorf Altach.

Daka has so far already notched up 15 goals in all competitions with five assists from 17 games he has been involved in so far this season
