Zambian R&B music star Robert Banda famously called Roberto says he is thankful to God and all who supported following his success at the Hipipo Music Awards held in Kampala, Uganda last Saturday.
The awards which featured for the eighth time this year under the theme ‘ We are the best’ saw Roberto crowned the best artiste in R&B.
“ I asked for your votes and you voted. You went out of your way to vote, and I’m so thankful for your support. United we stand and divided we fall,” said Roberto who was in a very tough category featuring The likes of Runtown, Shekhinah, Naava Grey, Simi and Meddy to name only a few.
