A TEACHER at a named school in Lusaka has been dragged to court for forging a Certificate of Teachers Registration Template from Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ).
In this matter, George Mando is facing counts of forgery Contrary to Section 347 and 342 of the Penal Code Chapter 87 and Uttering false documents Contrary to Section 352 of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
Manda appeared before Lusaka chief resident magistrate Davies Chibwili who allocated the matter to magistrate Trevor Kasanda for plea.
It is alleged that Mando on the dates unknown but between March, 31 2022 and November, 31 2022 in Lusaka with intent to deceive or defraud did forge a Certificate of Teachers Registration Template from Teaching Council of Zambia bearing number 0056003 in names of Loreen Sibanda purporting that it was genuinely issued by Teaching Council of Zambia when infact not.
In count two, it is alleged that on the date unknown but between March, 31 2017 and November, 30 2022 in Lusaka with intent to deceive or defraud did forge Certificate of Teachers Registration Template from Teaching Council of Zambia bearing number 0013705 in the names of Musonda Bridget Mumbi purporting to show that it was genuinely issued by Teaching Council of Zambia when infect not.
Details in count three is that, Mando on the dates unknown but between March, 31 2017 and November, 30 2022 in Lusaka with intent to deceive or defraud did forge a Certificate of Teachers Registration Template from Teaching Council of Zambia bearing number 0013705 in names of George Mando purporting to have been genuinely issued by the Teaching Council of Zambia when infact not.
