President Edgar Lungu has donated 100 bicycles to village headmen in Milenge District.
Chief Sokontwe has handed over the bicycles to the village headmen in the district.
He said the presidential donation is the first of its kind and will ease their Headmen’s movements as they carry out their duties.
The Traditional Leader stated that he also gave eight bicycles to the Community Crime Prevention Unit (CCPU) from the same consignment. Chief Sokontwe noted that members of CCPU have equally been facing challenges with transport– ZNBC.
