WHAT YOU SAY BECOMES YOUR REALITY

KINDLY allow me space in your newspaper.

A couple of days ago President Edgar Lungu appointed a new Minister of Finance to replace Ms Margaret Mwanakatwe.

What surprises me is that following the said development I saw a comment on the screen from some named local television station saying the appointment of a new Minister of Finance won’t revamp the economy of Zambia.

Now what surprises me in Zambia is that whatever change is made especially by the government is always greeted with negative remarks.

And yes, Dr. Bwalya Ng’andu in his individual capacity cannot revamp Zambia’s economy but if supported by hard-working Zambians bearing a positive mindset Zambia’s economy can change.

And remember what happens in the global market affects Zambia so it does also depend on the volumes of products you are exporting.

But if all we want to do is wait for an opportunity to negatively market Zambia we are sure to see what we expect.

Change the way you comment about Zambia and embrace thinking proactively.
