I am left to wonder how some schools are helping the government on the pronouncement of free education for primary school going children.
To confirm this, randomly sample some primary schools and you will find some parents are being asked to buy reams of paper and polish for starting grade one.
Unfortunately the parents walk away with a lot of questions on whether or not education is indeed free at lower levels.
