Kafue police station flooded!
Kafue main police Station has been flooded following continuous downpour of rain.
A check by a Kafue Times News Crew that rushed to the police station found police officers struggling to sweep off the water from the reception.
Meanwhile some residents talked by KT have called for urgent response to address this annual problem.
James Bwanga said Police Officers should be relocated to another place where they should operate from until the rain season is over.
“This pathetic and discouraging to work in such an environment as this. How do you expect these officers to be motivated like this? The come from good police houses just to come and work in such an environment, no no no, this is acceptable. This is not a police post but a police station which houses senior police officers in Kafue. We need a modern police station built as soon as possible,” Bwanga said.
