6th November,2021- Police have formerly charged and arrested Pethias Mwamba Mulenga aged 36 of Mulenga Hill One for the offence of Indecent Curiosity which occurred on 4th November,2021.
Brief facts of the case are that on 4th November,2021 at around 05:20 hours the accused was found on a tree outside the wall fence of Kasama Girls Secondary School gazing at the pupils who were bathing outside their ablution block.
The matter was reported to the police by Mr Musonda Evans aged 50 who is the Deputy Headmaster of the school.The accused is detained in police custody and will appear in court soon.
