New Dawn Govt Wants To Make Zambia Beacon Of Democracy

Hector Simfukwe-President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA says he wants to make Zambia a bacon of democracy in Africa.

President HICHILEMA says freedom of expression and the rule of law will be respected under his administration.

He says government will also embrace diversity and promotional of people’s freedoms.

He said this when he appeared on CNN.

And President HICHILEMA said Zambia will work with the International Monetary Fund.

He said the Country wants to send a strong message that it is ready to do business with the world.

And President HICHILEMA has urged the developed world to help Africa fight the Covid 19 pandemic.

He said his government will allocate more resource to the fight against Corona virus.

President HICHILEMA said leadership will be provided to ensure that frontline workers are protected.
