A LUSAKA man, who complained of having problems with his manhood when having sex which cheered his wife, has been sued for divorce.

Tembi Jaula, 46, of Chazanga has been sued by his wife Mable Kayla, 46, of Zingalume who thanked God for answering her prayers over Jaula’s sexual problems.

Jaula has also been sued for failing to pay bride price and neglecting his family and having a lover.

The two were appearing before magistrate Pauline Newa.

They got married in 1998 and have five children.

Kayla told the court that Tembi left home in 2017 and had not been supporting his family after paid part of the dowry.

“We used to stay well until he started sleeping out and admitted to having a lover, I allowed him to have a second wife but he did not want me anymore so he left,

“He said I should be paying rent for myself since I was the one living in the house.  He does not even support the children,” said,” Kayla

Jaula told the court that he did not fully pay the  bride price and their problems only started when he brought the child he had before marriage in the house.

“The second problem was when having sex I had a problem with my manhood and she said had God answered her prayers after she told me that I lost interest in her,” said Jaula

The court adjourned the matter to the June 6 for Jaula parent’s to confirm if he paid the bride price.
