A man of Chongwe has been sued for packing clothes each time he has an argument with the wife.
The Wife told court that her husband usually packs his clothes each time they have a misunderstanding in the house.
Before Chelstone senior local court Magistrate Charity Milambo was Alice Nyaunde, 28, of Chongwe who sued David Mwale, 38, of the same area.
Nyaunde had sued Mwale on allegation that he usually packs his clothes each time they have arguments.
“My husband packs his clothes and goes to his mother’s place whenever we fight and as I speak he is at his mother’s place.”
She told the court that she wants to reconcile with her husband and wants him to come back home.
“My husband doesn’t support the children and doesn’t buy food in the house ever since he moved out of the house,ā she said.
“I hear he also has girlfriends .”
In defense, Mwale said his wife doesn’t respect him and feels she was the head of the house.
“Even my parents do not reach home because she doesn’t give them respect as well,” he told court.
The wife told the court that she wants reconciliation with the husband and wants him back.
The husband however, refused to reconcile.
The court therefore refused to grant reconciliation.
