LOCAL female singers, Mampi and Cleo Ice Queen, will work with dancehall artiste Jay Rox, to judge this year’s Thunder Beats project.

The Thunder Beats project will be held during the Mosi Day of Thunder on April 20 in Livingstone, according to information obtained during the launch of the

‘Thunder Beats’ at Lusaka’s Rhapsody café on Thursday.
The Thunder Beats project is a musical promotion contest for young people, aged between 18 and 34, aimed at encouraging them to record songs and submit them for scrutiny to www.mosilager.com.

Winners of this project, to run between February 1 -22, will join the lineup of artists who will perform at the Mosi Day of Thunder event.
And speaking at the launch, Jay Rox said he was pleased to be among the judges and promised to use his experience to encourage upcoming.
Jay Rox’s views were shared by Mampi, who said she would be excited to share her experience with the project.
