Getting rid of skin spots

Hyperpigmentation can be eased naturally at home

Hello Mwana Amai and Mwana Wa Daddy

GOOD day Family! If you’re bothered by darks spots due to hyperpigmentation on your skin then this is for you. Sunspots, acne scars, big brown patches whatever the cause, you’ll be glad to know that unwanted dark brown spots on your skin can usually be resolved with a few natural remedies.

What exactly is hyperpigmentation? Hyperpigmentation occurs when the skin produces more melanin, the pigment that gives skin its color.

This can make spots or patches of skin appear darker than surrounding areas. It is a common skin condition and affects people of all skin types.

Some forms of hyperpigmentation, including melasma and sun spots, are more likely to affect areas of skin that face sun exposure, including the face, arms, and legs. Other types of hyperpigmentation form after an injury or skin inflammations such as cuts, burns or acne. These can occur anywhere on the body.

There are several ways that you can treat hyperpigmentation at home some of which are listed below,

Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid, which may lighten.

To use this remedy:

Combine equal parts apple cider vinegar and water in a container.

Apply to your dark patches and leave on two to three minutes.

Rinse using lukewarm water.

repeat twice daily you achieve the results you desire.

Aloe vera

Aloe Vera contains aloin, a natural depigmenting compound that has been shown to lighten skin and work effectively as a nontoxic hyperpigmentation.

To use:

Apply pure aloe vera gel to pigmented areas before bedtime.

Rinse using warm water the next morning.

Repeat daily until your skin color improves.

Milk

Milk, buttermilk, and even sour milk have all been shown to effectively lighten skin discoloration. Lactic Acid is the ingredient responsible for this effect.

To use any of these to treat pigmentation:

Soak a cotton ball in the milk.

Rub it over darkened skin patches twice a day.

Repeat daily until you see results

Tomato paste

Tomato paste or a freshly cut tomato slice is rich in lycopene protected the skin against short-term and long-term aspects of skin damage due to UV rays.

To use:

Squeeze some Tomato juice or paste

Rub a palm full over the affected area and leave for 5 minutes

Watch mask off

Hyperpigmentation is usually a cosmetic concern rather than a medical one.

Thank you very much Mwana Amai.

Until next week, God bless you
