The Minister says the people on the board became big headed and were overreaching themselves closing down health institutions, schools without taking into consideration the effects of such action or seeking alternative routes to resolve whatever short coming were found Dr. Chilufya says the board did not even have the courtesy before hand to inform him as Minister before shutting down 32 health institutions across the country.
