Former Zambia Association of Musicians( ZAM) president Njoya Tembo who is also ruling Patriot Front member has said he will remain loyal to the party following his unsuccessful adoption.
According to a statement from Tembo who was one of the aspirants for the adoption to contest the Feira seat under PF, he has vowed to support the party and its adopted candidate Emmanuel Tembo.
“I, Njoya Tembo, from the depth of my heart wish to congratulate Mr. Emmanuel Tembo for being adopted to contest as Feira Member of Parliament under the mighty Patriotic Front (PF) party. I pledge to support the candidate as was the case in 2016 after my rejection. I, however, served as campaign manager for the then adopted candidate Hon. Patrick Ngoma. I learnt alot during that time and still continue to learn more so, the ways of God. God’s time remains the best! We continue waiting,” stated Njoya.
“Once again, I commit to campaign for President Edgar Chagwa Lungu and the Patriotic Front. AWELELEPO PAMUPANDO. I strongly believe that PF is the only party with the master plan of developing Zambia to the middle income country status.”
He has thanked all those that supported his candidature.
