A LUSAKA man has pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal trespass in the Lusaka Magistrates Court.

Jackson Nyendwa, 21, of Chilenje South Township admitted before Magistrate Martha Miti, Nyendwa trespassing in Patrick Chongo’s yard on August,3 just to annoy him.

Magistrate Miti asked Nyendwa if he had lawful justification for his actions and Nyendwa said he did not and was not permitted to enter the yard.

Nyendwa said he was fixing a vehicle and needed a tyre and went to Chongo’s house to ask for a spare tyre and not to annoy him.

“I asked Chongo for a tyre I needed for the vehicle but he refused, he didn’t allow me,” he said.

The matter will come up on September,5  for continued hearing.
