The tournament will be held September 15 to raise k1, 150,000. for putting up buildings by the charity organisation.
Golf consultant Rodwell Chawatama said that he decided to help because of the noble cause behind the tournament.
Chawatama appealed to corporate companies to come in numbers and support Divine Mercy Home’s programme through their social corporate responsibility.
He noted that Companies could chose packages starting from prizes for the winners, monetary form or building materials such as building blocks, window frames, doors, roofing sheets, and many others.
And board chairman Peter Cottan said companies were there because of its customers and it is of great importance to be seen giving back to the community through organisations such as Divine Mercy Home.
Cottan said that it important to consider the amount of work Divine Home was doing and the evident transformation in communities and in the lives of the vulnerable.
He said they were many benefits with the tournament such as a good platform for companies to increase their brand visibility, publicity and increased sales with mention on all media houses.
He said golf was a great sport, while enjoying the game, firms and individuals would also be giving back to the community by supporting Divine Mercy Home.
