Vida Mwale is a bubbly TV host, actress and entrepreneur. She is the first born in a family of three with one brother and a sister.
Vida was born onMay 11, 1991 in the Northern Province of Zambia in Kasama. She is a true military kid as her father was an officer in the Zambia Army while her mother worked as a nurse.
Vida holds a diploma in journalism and media studies which she attained from the Zambia Institute of Mass Communication (ZAMCOM).
She made her first screen appearance playing an extra in a movie called “The President’s Job Description” and has featured in a number of movies and series since.
Vida made her TV host debut in 2017 with the opening of Diamond TV where she has since become a prolific content producer also.
Her passion for fitness, beauty and wellness makes her popular on social media and she utilizes the platform to act as the shoulder many can lean on especially young people by allowing them reach her and interact with her, gaining advice from different situations.
This is all brought to the screen in one of her shows ‘Vibe with Vida’. This young talent is indeed a rare diamond.
