Artistes JC Starboy, Dennis of D2 and rapper Cinori XO last week on Friday took their time off from music to attend Pestalozzi Education Centre’s Careers’Day and Talent Show held at Pestalozzi in Lusaka’s Ibex.

The artistes who are under B-FLOW’S Music for Change came in as guest performers for the Talent segment which saw a number of students showcase their talent.

The Talent show was organised to help learners fufill their need for extracurricular activities and also as an aftermath to the formally arranged Careers’ segment that was held in the morning.

The Talent show was organised to help learners fufill their need for extracurricular activities and also as an aftermath to the formally arranged Careers’ segment that was held in the morning.

The segment exposed learners to get an understanding of the various careers available under the theme, ‘ Careers in the 21st Century and Beyond’.

Various universities around Lusaka came in to offer this valid information. DMI St Eugene, Zcas, Unilus and Unicaf were all present to offer career guidance to the pupils.

It was however, the Talent show that later stole the entire event especially when the guests artistes stormed the stage. Dennis, took no time to introduce his famous song ‘Nalema’ featuring B-Flow. He performed it to the delight of the students. He later gave out ‘Ngawaliya’ which created further excitement among the audience.

The event was even heightened further when Cinori XO, who is also a former student of Pestalozzi, rocked the stage with his popular hit single ‘ Participate’ featuring Chef 187. Cinori took advantage of the massive feedback he was getting to mentor the students on the importance of staying in school and having a positive dream. He was joined by JC Starboy at the close of the event.
