ALLOW me to comment on Government concern with some parents’ refusal to pay school fees for their children, despite the reduction of the user fees by the Ministry of General Education.
May I bring to the attention of the ministry of general education that our SOSschool in Lusaka is still charging fees above those prescribed by government and we have not seen any action against the head teacher by the ministry?
SOS have on their own prescribed fees of K500 per term instead of the fees prescribed by government, they claim that the minister does not know what he is talking about
