THE Chipolopolo Boys have settled well in Durban ahead of today’s quarterfinal clash against Malawi at the on-going COSAFA championship, says stand-in national team coach Aggrey Chiyangi
Speaking after a work-out at Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium, Chiyangi said the team had prepared adequately for this evening clash against the Flames of Malawi.
“I think the team has prepared very well, even their attitude in training has been very positive,” he said.
The Chipolopolo tutor said that Zambia had watched Malawi’s game against Mozambique and had gotten insights on how to beat their opponents today.
“We watched Malawi play on Thursday, but the game that they played will be different from the one we will play against them, what is important is we picked one or two points and we will hve a different plan for them,” he said
Chiyangi who is Green Eagles coach, said that the team had no injury concerns except Zesco United forward Lazarous Kambole who had just shaken off a slight knock.
