LATELY we are seeing civil servants going on strike to press for their salaries and if my memory serves me better, this trend started in the late 2012 to date.
In the past, when workers downed tools, it meant that they were pressing for the salary increment and NOT delayed salaries. My appeal to the Ministry of Finance
and the Govt in general is that, they should CHECK the pipes of the cash flow and see where it is LEAKING and mend it so that money can flow freely and pay workers on time. Wrongs should be corrected to make smooth running of the Ministry of Finance and the Govt
