THE media in Zambia should form bonds and partnerships with the education sector if education is to be developed, says UNICAF University Vice Chancellor Professor Mpazi Sinjela
Prof Sinjela said that education was the only key to open doors of development in any country.
Speaking at a media breakfast briefing in Lusaka on Wednesday, Prof Sinjela explained that without education, there would be stagnation in Zambia, a situation he said was not supposed to be the case for a developing country.
And UNICAF University senior development officer Wamunyima Mabunga said that partnership with the media was vital for growth of any organisation regardless of the industry.
Mr Mabunga said that most organisations were doing fine because they had realised the importance of the media in the dissemination of information.
