He commended President Edgar Lungu and the entire Zambian government for meeting the Egyptian Minister of agriculture, Ezzeddin Abu Steit and his entourage.
Mr Mustafa said that the bilateral cooperation would see more Egyptian companies investing in Zambia on a large scale as the MoU has opened doors for more cooperation.
He said that the advantage of increased cooperation brought vast experience and investment expansion ideas that benefitted both countries, and further added that this could lead to investment in machinery and consultation.
Meanwhile, Mr Mustafa said following the signing of the MoU, Minister of Fisheries and Livestock, Kampamba Chewe and her Zambian delegation is currently in Egypt on a familiarization visit to establish and enhance cooperation in the aquaculture sector.
